On Friday, January 9, 2026, the BioSysteM Cluster of Excellence reached an important milestone with the successful election of its Executive Board (EB) during the Constitutive General Assembly Meeting.
The Executive Board brings together spokespersons, representatives from each research area, early-career representatives, as well as a gender and diversity representative. This composition ensures that different perspectives, career stages, and interests are reflected in the cluster’s strategic and operational decision-making.
With the governance structure now formally established, the BioSysteM research initiative can proceed into its next phase of coordinated research activities and collaboration.
